Olukayode Gabriel Babalola, the artist known as okaybabs
I believe in rules, but when you see excellence then you need to pursue that irrespective of the system or structure.

Okaybabs belongs to the Onaism Art Movement and was trained at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria, which houses the renowned Ife Art School and its influential Department of Fine and Applied Arts.

It was at Obafemi Awolowo University that he further researched and developed his use of actual natural soil and raffia on jute burlap, which he also perfected as he ascertained that they are durable, reliable, resilient and are of lightfast and colorfast qualities.
